While working with Poly ErgoPlus Facilities were tasked with multiple projects as part of their company movement from old premises to new premises and internal restructuring.
Poly closed their London experience centre moving out of old street, created a temporary facility within their maidenhead office while a new centre was fitted out within the Gherkin, then moved to the new experience centre. ErgoPlus Facilites carried out the demobilization of the old experience centre, construction and fit out of the temporary maidenhead centre, then the installation of all the poly technology into the new experience centre once the initial fit out had taken place.
Dealing with issues such as making bespoke boxing to enable the fitting of two 84-inch TVs flat side by side on a curved wall provided some interesting challenges to navigate.
Managed and carried out by our Operations Manager with a team of experienced engineers and subcontractors assisting the client was over the moon with the services provided and finished products.

Other projects undertaken for Poly included the building of a test centre within the maidenhead office and the alterations to a pair of meeting rooms and installation of a folding wall system to improve usability of the space.
