ErgoPlus were employed by TFP to replace the failed building Chiller that gives the chilled water to the Fan Coil Units around the building. This was located of the roof so we had to remove the old chiller and install a new Chiller.
As part of the project we designed installed a more efficient Chiller thus making energy savings.
ErgoPlus had an emergency call out to repair/refix a metal section of a high level canopy that was flapping in the wind and a danger to the public, we attended site and barriered off the area then we arranged for a cherry picker for the following day and undertook the works.
